After the results last night I gave each team from our group the relevant points and the table looks like this.

_______________P_W_D_L_F_A_Pts
Faroe Islands----1__1_0_0_3_2_3
Cyprus ---------1__1_0_0_2_1_3
France----------1__0_1_0_1_1_1
Rep. of Ireland--1__0_1_0_1_1_1
Switzerland-----1__0_1_0_0_0_1
Israel-----------1__0_0_1_0_1_0

I genuinely feel that we can top this group.
Might be worth €10 with Paddy Power.

Peadar, I've found myself agreeing with many things you've posted previously, but I have to say the above is the most pointless, useless pile of crap I've seen in a while. :D

It was more about the fact that neither France or Switzerland were impressive last night and I think that because we're away to them both so early in the campaign, we have a great chance of getting results against them.

Well why didn't you say so? I agree, but not because of anyone's performance in last night's meaningless games.

No offense intended, but if the table looks anything like that during the campaign, I'll eat my mouse. ;)

Hope that's not your pet mouse because you'll have the animal lovers after you, but I sincerly doubt the table will ever look like that.

Stick a tenner on at PP and you'll get 55 back. Put the same amount on at betdirect and you'll get 80 back. Shop around. :)
