View Full Version : Friendly v Rockmount Mon night 7pm
Too late to go, and to early for a report...but hopefully someone is there and will tell us all about it..
Obviously Rockmount asked loca team Cork City for a warm-up before their big cup tie ;)
Pity someone didn't stick a post up about this earlier on, I would have went along to pass the evening.
Thanks to red fm for letting us know about it!!!!

the players were probably not informed either,....would have been a good way to waste on a Monday night.....better than watching gymnastics, horse riding and synchronised diving anyway....
a guy working with me was at this. He went cos his friend is with rockmount. he said that he could only recognise Nolan, Behan and Greg but he's not a big City fan. He said it was 2-1 to Rockmount when he left with about 20mins remaining.
My buddy was told by a Rockmount player that it finised 0-0
Steve O'Flynn played (not sure how much) as did a young left back called Eoin Ryan.
Interesting to see Greg get a game. Wonder if that transfer request thing will blow over..
