Just realised the second one should have been in July.

Yes, it should. Meaning Partysaint is the June PotM winner. By default. Bloody hell.

would it be frowned upon to nominate one of my own posts that got a lot of thanks? (ive never voted on my own but wasnt sure on that acceptable protocol for nominations...)

I feel so dirty.

I once got abuse for demanding that nominations be closed after the month ended. 3 days into July? Bad form lads.

We usually leave it a few days so someone who logs on after a few days away can nominate a post that just slips into the previous month. Sometimes that few days is longer because we're lazy as sin, but three days is fine.

SkStu, you've got all the chances in the world in the May vote - go vote for yourself!

Can I not huff away without people resorting to some sort of logical riposte. Sheesh. I'm heading to YBIG...

Pfft typical Shels trying to win on a technicality.

The technicality on which you won was that you were the only one in the race. DEFAULT!

Your names not Paul Marney by any chance? :)
