Here's a telling stat: leading online bookie has us as dead last in the "goals for" column.

How many goals will Ireland score in the entire tournament?
over 2.5 +117 (almost 6/5)
under 2.5 -137 (almost 5/7)

What do you guys think? I can't see us getting more than one against Croatia and one against Italy. I don't see us scoring against the Spaniards.

I think we range from 7-2 to 5-1 to get out of the group. I saw odds of 1-6 not to get out of the group.

We're 10/13 to get at least a point out of the Croatia match.

Not any more I dont think. Most places 4-1. Managed to get about 4.3-1 on Betfair but even that seems to have dropped a little now.

Put it this way, I backed Ireland to win the tournament at 80/1 for the craic.
Did get 10/3 for Ireland to get out of the group, which I also duly took my chance on.
