The industry may be in a state but there will always be great new music out there.
Same as if the amount of people paying to watch soccer went on a dramatic downturn over the next five to ten years the Soccer industry would be in a bad state but there would still be some great new players coming on the scene.
However you are right most of these Euro 2012 songs and football songs in general are pure sh!te :p

Fabulous story behind the Thai Tims and the good child foundation, for those not aware do a quick google, makes for good reading, a real feel good factor of how football songs and chants (and many non football Irish & Scottish songs) can make a difference to a childs education on the other side of the world.

I dunno. I don't think this one was attempting to either glorify or for that matter stick the boot into the team or it's prospects and yet some of it proved perhaps eerily prophetic
