KO time for Cyprus game?

Anyone know has the kick off time for the Cyprus game on Sept 4 been fixed yet? Like a fool went and oraganised our pub's new golf society outing for that day.

usually the fai send away returns 2 weeks prior to the game at the merrion square..(my usual source to obtain)
i realise that some were already released as a 3 game package..
does any1 know if they are to release further tickets to the public
