He's broken his david beckham bone apparantly

Will we miss him?

He has to be up there with Keith O'Neil at this stage.

damn, we'll have to wait another few months to see if the most over -rated irish player of the last 2 years gets a chance to have a bash of his worst performance in an ireland jersey ever (russia, landsdowne road) record  pity it wasn't that donkey morrison that broke his bloody foot

Yeah that'd be positively super, what with Keane missing we need as many strikers injured as possible.

he's not a striker. he's a muppet who misses every header and gives the ball away constantly. he also manages to miss scoring chances that are sicentifically unmissable. and his crowning achievement? his manager went out and bought emile heskey. in short- he's brutal

He's the second best striker we have. Weather that says more about us than anything is another matter, but we need him fit espically with Keane out.

he's not though. he's just the only one we've tried. at very best he's a half decent target man- not a replacement for robbie in any circumstances

He's not a replacement for Robbie he's our best partner for him. With Robbie out we really need to have our other first choice striker fit, and though you clearly don't like it, that's Clinton Morrison.

Clinton is not a great striker but he is our best striking option after Robbie Keane. How many other Premiership strikers do we have?

Can't see what anyone ever saw in Stephen Reid, he is a terrible passer of the ball and has the first touch of a ****ed donkey, he will be no loss whatsoever.

Apparantly Duff recommended Reid to Sounness. Since Reid has started to show potential before the 2002 WC he has been plagued with injuries so its hard to judge how good he is.
