Lads what do you think of an over night in Derry. I will do this if there is an interest for it. I will need to know numbers for this by next weekend. So boys and girls let me know A.S.A.P if you are looking to go on this one. Also let your friends know about this that has not got a PC.

But don't ye play all ye're home games on Saturday nights? Why would ye change it for this game?

I'll definately be up for this trip Ian.

If the game is moved to Thursday night and Dublin City are also at home that night, then we can re-arrange our home match against them for the Sunday.

Unfortunate as this may be for poeple who would like to travel, it's a reality of the fixtures back log. By then there will be about 10 weeks left in the season, and we will probably still have 3 games in hand.

Just a possibilty, the suggested change could have nothing at all to do with this.

Surely City will try to rearrange the Dublin City game for the next weekend of FAI cup fixtures, with them being out chomh maith.

Our crowds are badly down on Saturday nights as compared to Thursday nights and the board are going to test the waters as regards Thursday ngitha again

We played Shels on a Thursday, play Bohs on a Thursday and would be reasonably certain we will play you lot on Thursday

Thats a joke. Thursdays? are you Home Farm in disguise?

Thats a joke.

It's another thing which undermines the credibility of our league.
All games should be played on Friday's with certain games switched to Saturday for the purpose of live TV or where a club can show ligitimate reason for change.
This would facilitate a better level of reporting and more accurate results service. Thursday night games are unacceptable in a league which is not fully professional.

That was the plan and apparently it was supposed to be like that

We can't play on Friday due to the Doggie men

However CHF decided they would play on Thursday despite what anyone said

Some of us are as pis$ed off as you lot about this.

And Friday night is already awkward enough to get down to Cork for a game
