This might make for a good day out. Will anyone be heading?

It'll be very interesting to see what kind of side Jeffrey musters together. We'll probably see a good few Linfield players plus the likes of Cliftonville's Liam Boyce, Coleraine's David Ogilby, maybe even the misguided genius of Leon Knight?

Great news, but I'd imagine it will be a largely Linfield based team.

Apparently be two players from each IL premier team and two from Derry City.

Team is :-
Alan Blayney (Linfield)
Sean O'Neill (Crusaders)
Jim Ervin (Linfield)
Albert Watson (Linfield)
Howard Beverland (Coleraine)
Ross Redman (Portadown)
Philip Lowry (Linfield)
Jamie Mulgrew (Linfield)
Stephen Lowry (Coleraine)
Barry Johnston (Cliftonville)
Chris Morrow (Crusaders)
George McMullan (Cliftonville)
Martin Donnelly (Cliftonville)
Mark McAllister (Linfield)
Chris Scannell (Cliftonville)
Gary McCutcheon (Ballymena United)
Sean Hargan (Derry City)
Peter Hutton (Derry City)
Bar the two ex-Derry players its hard to argue with the team. Although there a few players that should be there that aren't due to circumstances.
Portadown's Kevin Braniff and Linfield's new signing from Portadown Matthew Tipton would no doubt be in the team. Both are away on holiday though.
Colin Nixon from the Glens would be in it, he's consistently their best player all season, and without him they'd have finished lower than 6th. Glentoran with their financial difficulties couldn't afford a license.
Linfield duo Peter Thompson and Michael Gault would be in it, but the later is injured while Peter will only be used in when necessary due to health conditions.

18 men in the team? That should give them a chance! ;)
Why the testimonial after all these years for Harry? Has he fallen on hard times?

Surprised that David Ogilby isn't in there. Colossus of a centre back.

Thon boy's a tube.
Surprised Colin Coates wasn't included but I imagine it was either him or Mulgrew and DJ went for Mulgrew. Would have been some dressing room if they had of both been picked.
