Strange one this...
I remember seeing this footage a couple of times on RTE but not for years now. It was a 70s gameshow- Quicksilver maybe- and I think Bunny Carr was the host. Anyhoo...some oul one wins 20 pence in round 1 and Bunny asks if she would like to risk it and go on to round 2. She says "ahh no, I'll take the 20p".
I've told a couple of people about this and it would be great if I had a copy of the footage too. I checked RTE and YouTube but can't find it. I'm thinking others must have seen this (I don't live in Ireland now but I am pretty sure others would have seen it shown on other shows).
Anybody remember it or know if a copy of it is on the net?
