I see the Leagues head of marketing, Noel Mooney has left his post.

Off to Geneva to take up a new role as UEFAs head of marketing.

That's him and Padraig Smith now gone to roles in UEFA. Interesting. Mooney's a nice guy, not really convinced his initiatives made any real difference however. I wonder if he'll be replaced given the amount of cutbacks in Abbotstown?

Best of luck to him in Geneva, cant be any harder than trying to flog the LOI (when even the FAI dont give a fiddlers about it). Found him co operative and helpful in the (limited) dealings I had with him.
