Taoiseach Enda Kenny said this morning that he could not see a general election for the next 3 years despite the tough decisions the gov will have to make.

Looks like the thread title could actually be right(or close), Kenny apparently offered extended 2 year contract and improved budget, looks like he might have done a paul cook. hope we have a back up just in case

It would be pretty funny given how Rovers fans have been on about bringing in a superstar from abroad. Still, he's a decent manager.

Superstar? slight over exaggeration there. someone in the o'neill mould ie young, ambitious. Tommy Dunne would fit the bill, and im sure he would bite your hand off to manage rovers ;) if Derry can match Kenny's ambitions then he will stay so i think we should move on if we dont get an answer soon.
