There's no doubt Limerick should walk the first division this year, I'd personally be delighted to see them replace a Dublin-based team in the Premier Division so I hope it happens for you guys. Would love to see proper Munster derbies in the Premier Division next year :)
Waterford minnows can stay in the first division.

Heary is not listed there and apparently we are in talks with Dave Mulcahy aswell. That is some squad that Callaghan has put together on a shoestring. Very impressed and more excited about this season than any other season in a long time...

For the league no, I dont think we will get close to it but get into Europe again and maybe just maybe the Holy Grail and that would be a great season
Dmac is supposed to be going to Australia, Not a major loss especially now as it looks like Jake Kelly will be signed this week

I still think we are short another top centre half along with an out and out winger maybe even another midfielder to cover injurys.

I was glad Shane Tracy signed because I think now we have two fancy, pass the ball midfielders (Bradley, O'Leary) and two sit there, guard the defence midfielders (Gamble, Tracy)
Agree with you on the defence, I'd like to see another Corie type that can play a couple of positions come in.
Don't think Scully is ever gonna use an out and out winger but I would like to see another experienced striker come in.

I'd class Keegan more as a winger than a striker, super player tho
I didn't realise Dundalk signed Shane O'Neill, Himself and Griffin upfront aren't bad options

He's a good penalty shot-stopper but is fond of a few mistakes. I'd trust Brush a lot more than Tracksuit.
His main role will still be as a GK coach, but he has been registered just incase Brush or Rogers are unavailable.

I wouldn't call 17 outfield players (if you include the three U19s that are considered fringe first team players), 'thin'.

Two injuries and a suspension and you can't fill the bench.

Anyone know when the transfer window is closed or is it now closed for signing players from other clubs and clubs are just recruiting out of contract players (who is pretty much everyone anyway!)
I think it's the end of February for players at other clubs and doesn't shut til after July for out of contract players. Not sure on the last one though.
