This is what I could only find through wikipedia. He is English it seems, but as we Irish know, where there's a will there's a way!

Yep! Its also a sh1thole. ACtually most irish areas in any city ive been in are generally sh1teholes. PRobably because they were generally (poorer)cheaper to rent/buy in back in the day.
