According to radio reports the charter flight filled despite our grumbling, and with the confirmed travellers from foot.ie (32) added to the confirmed plane numbers (207), there'll be 239 fans in the ground

ok it's not 240, but I'm sure someone who doesn't post here will turn up too.

But will there not be seats left empty for the team to return with the Charter?

I don't understand this charter....

Lee claimed they only organised it yesterday, yet the team are booked on the return leg only. Are the club going out on a scheduled flight, and then took the opportunity to get back on this charter?
Seems bizzarre to go to Nantes with so many empty seats....:rolleyes:

Then again, I just totally p*ssed off that I can't afford the €1,000 plus it would cost me.....

maybe they'll fly over with a smaller plane (207) and then fly back with a bigger plane (250)???? only guessing out loud...

Lee travel obviously had a small plane chartered to bring the team back, and when they planned the fans flight, they just changed to a larger plane.

Rocket science it ain't, but then alot of ye are charter flight experts (200 euro, you're having a laugh :D ).

Most people going probably don't even post on the Internet so that probably adds another 100. You also need to add in all the English and Continental based City fans who will be going and I'd say you'll end up with 400+.

yea i reckon the same as colm, prob between 400-500 members of the rebel army, will be in nantes this weekend cheering on the next of the "european odyessey"

I see that on the front page of today's Inside Cork they also use the term "European Odyssey"....
