uefa:

Solitary goal
After eliminating Malmö FF in round one, Cork took another memorable scalp with a 1-0 victory against NEC at Turner's Cross. After the first leg in the Netherlands ended goalless, a 47th-minute goal from Kevin Doyle was enough to secure the Irish part-timers a game in France next weekend.

Hated the way part-timer used as an insult. :(

As if organising Nijmegen & Nantes hasn't been difficult enough would only have 3-4 days to get to Czech repub or Holland again

for the record FK Vardar are from Macedonia.

Schalke is a bigger draw for them than us with Nantes. Are Vardar lowest ranked team left in competition i wonder...?

not quite right

Sorry about that.
I got my E mixed up with my F :D (save the jokes for the pub in Nantes)

The dates are going to make it very difficult for many people to travel
Both semi-final games are on Wednesdays and the final games are on Tuesdays.
Guess we'll have to fit a few league games in at the weekends :D
