I say everyone should be kept off the present squad as we have shown how well we can play, we have competed very well against the best of teams in the league, we just didnt have any consistently thats all.

Maybe we could add a few players, paddy kavanagh, graham coughlan, jason byrne, is there any good defenders around??? that will add strenght in all positions

from what iv heard the budget will be very small next year, so we will be doing well to hold on to a couple of them never mind sign any big players

I reckon Mitchell and Prendergast will be snapped up by a big irish club or a lower division english club..

I too would like to see as many players kept as possible - they are an honest and hard working group that have played good football this season - Devo has done a great job with the resources that he has - 6th in the premier with one of the smallest budgets reflects greatly on the team and management.

The players that we most want to keep are the ones that are going to be in demand - although most other clubs will surely be working off smaller budgets aswell.

Top priority - the spine of the team

Darren Quigley
Derek Prendergast
Adam Mitchell
Gary Dempsey
Chris Shields

up front it is cery hard to choose - i have been very impressed with Mary Waters and Gary Shaw - both very lively although inexperienced. Conor Murphy looked very impressive in the first half of the season and faded after his Ireland duties. Jake Kellly was consitently good - John Mulroy also had a good season.

Other good players to try to keep Daire Doyle, Dane Massey Dave Webster, Sean Houston, Graham Kelly, Dean Zambra

Players that could be let go to cut expenses - no bad reflection on them - they all did ok when called upon in recent years
Matt Gregg, Stephen Brennan, Kevin Knight, Nicky Byrne, Shane O'Niell, Colm Tresson, Colm Butler
