duplicate file detector -anyone recommend one?

I'm sure my PC is stacked full of duplicate wav files, video files etc and was wondering if anyone can recommend a half decent cleaner upper?

I second that, had to use a few of them a few months ago to resolve a particular issue and this was easily the best one out there. Have used it for a few tasks recently and its brilliant. One stop shop imo
