Maybe he had a brown envelope full of cash and instructions to Sligo to kick the legs off Cork if they get into the EA sports cup final...there are unconfirmed reports that he was in Dalymount the other night holding a bottle of blue nun and a box of quality street and fluttering his eyelids at Stephen Kenny.

Absolute lies. It was a box of Black Magic.

League-winning performance as Kev said on the radio. Whoever the Roverseseses have to play to make up games, we have the points in the bag.
Two of them are against Galway. I'd rather have the games in hand than the points, as you're not dependent on other results to decide where you stand.

Great game. On first viewing, the winning goal didn't look over the line.
Conor Winn was brilliant.

Ah sure it was close enough! its getting pretty ridiculous now at this stage. No other club gets the benefit of the doubt as much as shams, why is that though?

No doubt Rovers deserved the win given the amount of chances they had, but good to see our lads played with a bit of heart and passion. We need to do this consistently now, and hopefully pick up a couple of positive results before the play-off.
I feared a drubbing when Finn opened the scoring, but we responded well. Nice to see us play a bit of ball on the ground for a change aswell

Wind your neck in, the ball was over the line unfortunately.
Good performance from the lads tonight.

We had about 20-odd shots again. God knows what the score would have been if we got "preferential treatment".

We Played well tonight and we scored from a Corner, now if Seanie would just attend training every week we might be ok
PS On the rovers 3rd goal our players didn't complain it wasn't a goal, so it Probably was a goal
Hopefully Galway can gain some form from this and put up a fight for the play-off and stay up

Based on that second photo, it was a goal. Fair enough. Rovers deserved to win anyway with the amount of shots on target they had in the second half.

I was in the new stand, it was definitely a goal. Thought it may have been offside, but ball definitely crossed the line. If it wasn't for Conor Winn, we'd have takern an almighty thumping - Rovers fans applauded him off the pitch at full-time, nice touch.

Hopefully the lad can help you get some results especially against Sligo and Derry.... can't believe your manager doesn't attend training sessions is this true?

Big game in Richmond tonight, Both teams need the win to keep our European hopes alive
People seem to overlook Monaghan in all the talk of who will get promoted but I wouldn't be at all surprised if they go up automatically. I'm not looking forward to them coming to Tolka in a few weeks time.
I don't think anyone is really overlooking them, they're just not as obvious as some other teams. Limerick's signings have them in the news a lot, and City have more fans on here than Mons so that's all it is I'd say.
I think it's probably between us and Mons for 2nd spot. However if one of us hits a bump then Limerick could nick third. If we can beat Limerick next week I think it'l knock theyre spirits a lot and they'l be 6 points behind. However, if they can win it it's all up in the air again.
I certainly don't think anyone but Shels can be confident at this stage.

Good effort by Bohs to get a result with 9 men!
Deserved it too. In the first half Pats played our best football in months, creating a series of chances and really should've been a goal or two up before fagan was sent off. Early second half Bermingham didn't deal witha long diagonal ball and gave away a free. Brennan hit a cracker which Rogers saved, Flood hooked it into the area and Burns tapped home.
Pats then lost their way a little. Didn't really look like scoring until the penalty (which seemed pretty clear cut). In the remaining 20 minutes we had numerous chances to win it (McMillan hitting the post was the closest we came) but Bohs defended well with Cronin putting in a huge shift in midfield.
Entertaining game. Which isn't something you can always say about Bohs games in Richmond
Our Players dont get paid on Matchnight. They got paid yesterday as normal.
