Why don't unaffiliated LoI fans show up at the Carlisle to cheer Galway on? C'mon, I mean at this stage it's a tragedy.
I'd much rather it if ye came down to terryland to do so, so we could make a few quid from it!
If they came on 13/8/11 there would be nobody to cheer

UFC Activities weekend 13th aug 2011
Friday Night Premier division away to Bray wanderers
Saturday Morning, Car boot sale starts and runs all day
Saturday, Shop street stand manned by volunteers
Saturday Night, Poker Night at the Eglington
Saturday A division game away to St Pats
And over 800 still comes to games when we lose 20 in a row
The feedback from juvenile clubs the length and breadth of the county is excellent this week as they receive calls from the club office extending the umbro cup offer of €100 per team to join us in their club colors for the rovers game.
It seems people are gearing up not to miss the game we actually win imagine if it was the rovers game
All the juvenile have expressed an interest and genuinely wishing us well & supporting the club in this time of dastardly results

Galway United have three events going ahead over the next few days :
Table Quiz in Crowes Bar, Bohermore, on Thursday (9.00pm)
Car Boot Sale/Open Market at Terryland Park on Saturday (9.00am - 3.00pm)
u19 Match vs Tralee Dynamos at Castle Park on Saturday (KO 2.00pm)
also
Lotto envelopes now available from club office, bi weekly draw minimum jackpot €2000

If this thread means we can all have our own thread on the main forum advertising every little bit of tiny club news or fundraising then I'm all for it.
Can a mod clarify please??
Limerick have duck races, lottos and academy 80s nights to be selling.

Oh awful sorry lads, this interweb thingy is new to us out whest
Maybe a general LOI club fundraisers thread would be an idea?
I also think a massive, ongoing, all club flame war thread would be worthwhile as well.
But that's just me.

Happens most years.
Two thousand blue plastic ducks thrown into the river.
Ducks flow down river to the finishing line.
Search and rescue retrieve a couple of hundred of them.
Owner of first duck over the line gets a massive telly.
There was a ringer a couple of years ago, it got a bit violent:
