Apparently its p!ssing rain in holland today. Forcast is for more of the same all weekend, with posibility of thunder tomorrow.

For anyone doing the road trip, here are some of the average petrol & diesel prices you should expect;

Holland
Petrol 1.25 cent per liter
Diesel 0.85 cent per liter

Belgium
Petrol 1.06 cent per liter
Diesel 0.80 cent per liter

Also the Tour de France travels from Liege to Charleroi on Sunday 4th July.

Just got more info on Tour de France........the "Caravane" is expected in Charleroi at about 16.00, with the race leaders expected about 1hr 20mins later.

1.25 cent a litre....whats it here 99 cent a litre...??? thats 97.75 cent cheaper init??? :eek: :p

AA always overstate the average petrol price anyway.

Just got more info on Tour de France........the "Caravane" is expected in Charleroi at about 16.00,

I heard there was an Irishman in this years Tour.... I didn't know it was Chris Doran

Mark Scanlon (http://www.world-of-cycling.com/sites/riders/irland/scanlon_mark.htm) was confirmed this week as rider in this years Tour. Says rides for french Ag2r team.

Might be worth a stop-over for any Rebel Army returning to Brussels on sunday...get heads on tv like... ;)

what day?? the prologue starts on saturday so I'm presuming sunday.....will be well gone by then.....doh!!!
