Heres a challenge...listen from start to finish.
Story behind the song. Friend of mine took a song from my own band, a very Muse influenced track, a lot of piano, bit of guitar and lots of cymbals and bass thrown in for good measure.
He took the track slowed it down by like 10 times, and this is what happened.
A mixture of groans, screams, weird smashing noises, entrancing piano and stuff I cannot explain. No idea how this all happened, but see if you can listen the whole way through.
It reminds me of something from a 90's horror console game.

Single weirdest bit of psychedelic music I've ever heard is this classic from Aphrodite's Child (featuring Demis Rousous(!)) on vocals:

Dammit, I was half expecting to hear a psychedelic version of Metallicas Four Horsemen when I opened this..

I actually quite like it. It's like something you'd hear in a documentary on whales. Obviously it's been compared to ambient minimalists like Brian Eno, or Sigur Rós even. So, sure enough, someone sped up some Sigur Rós tracks by 800 per cent in response: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8_dSrY1MXs

Catchy, but nothing like Justin Bieber, fortunately.

I like that sigur ros track sped up. Though I nyaned for over 100seconds afterwards so I'm Horroring now. Stoopid sexy album

Since we're on the speeding and slowing of tracks, this happened to be in related search of that sigur ros track
