The friend of mine that ordered our tickets for the Swiss game last year from Euroteam got this email from them this afternoon. I can't believe their cheek.

.... to which I replied:

Do the Euro 2004 tickets on sale actually exist or are they the
invisible tickets that you sold to me when I travelled to Basle
for the Switzerland-Ireland Euro 2004 qualifier? If they are
the invisible tickets, is the wild goose chase to find them also
included? In Basle, you also provided prime seating
arrangements in front of a portable television located in a
hockey stadium where I watched the entire Switzerland-Ireland
match with French commentary. Would such luxurious extras also
be included with the Euro 2004 tickets?
I would be grateful if you could let me know the situation as
soon as possible.
