rumous flying around cyberspace that one of the ends has caught fire (no buildings).

Terrible news if true.

edit: confirmed on the DundalkFC twitter account - apparently nothing too serious to worry about and is under control.

It Was just outside the peimitter fence at the Carrick road end(away section).Seems to have been the remenants of the old pitch that was put on fire.Maxi has his alibi sorted;)

As can be seen from the photo the fire is in three different areas so it was definitely set.Good crowd out to watch,hope they turn up as fast on Friday night!! :)
