Apparently it's the guys who were in the Horseshoe on Saturday are organising this. Here's what one of them posted on Citynet....

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is some more information about the midsummerparty in Malmö on friday the 25th of june, for those who´s coming to Malmö or Copenhagen.

The party starts at 5 PM. All you irish people will go to the north side of Malmö Stadium, there we will come and pick you up.

We provides traditional swedish midsummerfood, and midsummerdrinks. It´s on MFF Support for all Cork City-fans.

But, you need to bring beers by yourself. And there will be possibility to make some BBQ, that you also need to bring.

We will play some fotball and other games there.

About 8.30 PM, we continue to Ölcaféet (Translated The Beercafé), located at Skolgatan.

So, even if you´re not coming to the party, everybody is welcome to come to Ölcaféet.

And if anyone wants to buy Malmö FF-souvenirs, we will keep our MFF Support-shop open a few hours at sunday, between noon and 3 PM. The adress is Östra Rönneholmsvägen 6.

Any questions? Mail us at mff.support@telia.com

The Midsummer Fest is a Nordic tradition and is held around the same time every year. It's a great day out, however, it's also the most troublesome day of the year as well and the Police are always out in force on that particular weekend, so beware.

Bringing your own beer to a Swedish party is always the case.
