As any fan who attended the League Cup Quarter Final against Dublin City will have realised, three sides of
Flancare Park have been closed off for work to be carried out for the UEFA License. In effect, this means that the only area of the ground open to the public on match days is the stand and stand prices will apply for the forthcoming games. The club hopes that that work on at least one side of the ground will be completed in time for the UEFA Cup home game. Meanwhile the draw for the UEFA Cup takes place this Friday, with clubs from Sweden, Finland, Latvia or Lithuania like opponents for Longford.
