Just got a text saying we were waiting for international clearance on this bloke. Googled, apparently he's a central defender who was in the Ireland Under-18 squad last season, whilst at Derby County. Looks a bit of a kneejerk (forgive the pun) signing, since we have adequate cover in central defence when not suffering a freak injury situation such as the present one. Still, I hope Chris gets clearance and is showing us what he can do soon.
