Posted from the Bohemians mb:

I recently completed a 40 page pamphlet on the early history of Bohs titled The Bohemian Football Club: The Enduring Legacy of an Idle Youth.

It is available for purchase at http://www.dalymountproject.com/index.php?p=1_9_Purchase-booklet.

The website is an oral history project I'd like to develop. The basic idea is to host an online location for sources and documents on the history of Dalymount and Bohs in general. In particular, I hope to develop a section to facilitate school projects, teaching materials etc and make them accessible to teachers and students. Schools always need this kind of stuff and it could be a good way to get the club mentioned in local classrooms.

The cost of the pamphlet is €10, this just about covers the cost of printing and the price of webspace. I'll post it for no extra cost.

Will be in Dublin over easter anywhere I can purchase this book, don't like doing online transactions.

hey historynut - you should give the club a call (it is on sale in the club shop) and see when you can go down to collect it. I would definitely make sure you call before you head to Dalymount.

I would also just add that the online shop is very secure and very well run. I get stuff to Canada on a regular basis within a week of ordering. Great service and i would recommend you use it if you have no success when in Dublin.

Hello!

I've emailed Bohemians seekinng to buy this book, but sadly my email was ignored.

I've also looked for it in the online shop (http://shop.bohemians.ie/), but can't find it.

I'm in Belfast so can't get to the club.

Can anyone help??

Try picking up the phone and calling the club to ask if there are any copies left.
