Hi there,

I'm a freelance journalist and I'll be covering the Bray-Derry game tomorrow for a local paper here in Wicklow. I've also been told that the report will be sent to the Derry Journal and published there.

I'm starting out in journalism and I like to keep copies of all the articles I have published. I'd really appreciate it if a Derry fan could buy a copy of the Derry Journal which will contain the Bray-Derry match report and send it on to me.

If you're willing to help, could you PM me and I'll send you my address, etc.. I will refund the cost of the paper and mailing.

Thanks,
Finbarr O'Sullivan

Did you find someone? If not I can get the paper for ya. Do you know which edition of the paper your article is being scheduled for?

You can get the Derry Journal in John Hyland's paper shop on Upper George's Street in Dunlaoghaire, he even stocks past issues.

Thanks Seagull but I've arranged for someone to send it to me.

Why does he sell it there?

Why does he sell it there?
He sells all the provincial papers including some from the North like the Derry Journal plus papers from all around the world. He also keeps back-issues, great for getting the Sunday Times when it's sold out everywhere else. Real corner shop, worth a look!
