Anyone know is it possible to download Dreamweaver for Windows, or is it exclusive to the Mac?

Yes, Dreamweaver is available for Windows...I used to have it (though that was an older version I'm sure you still can).

What's unhelpful about it? You couldn't google two words yourself?
