When I'm logged out I can see the current affairs section, but when I'm logged in I can't see it????

Presumably you were banned from there at some point for trolling given your infraction history. You can access it again now, please stay within the rules there.

If it breaks the rules, report it; if you disagree with it, state your case politely. If you can't do either of those things, don't visit the forum.
