Basically what the title says.

Hope we are not the ones to have a free week 1st been waiting long enough for a proper game as it is.

I hope they keep the first few weeks as they are. I'm looking forward to seeing Waterford, Shel's and Cork coming to Limerick.

Excuse my ignorance, but this is only for the first division aye?

Sam_Heggy

Yup 1st Division only

I imagine so plus a cut and paste of Drogheda United instead of Sporting Fingal.

Hope our game with Shels is still on March 25th, was intending to stay over in Dublin and go to the Ireland game the following day.

Any idea what time? I'll need to free up some time to fix my now defunct 2011 spreadsheet.

Ya they are out...link here (http://extratime.ie/newsdesk/articles/5000/) to the story but no actual fixtures.

Monaghan have a bye in the first league match and Longford finish their season a week early.

Surely they mean monaghan will have no match the first week and not a bye. A bye I thought was only used for the Cups.

Interesting, one week's less wages to pay unless we make the play offs or the cup final which is rather unlikely.

I'm leaving the country after 3 rounds of the first division - so hoping Limerick don't have any free weekends for the first 3 weeks.

I'd say ye will have the league title wrapped up a week early.

Hey actually now that I think about it the FAI have written us off as League winners already. How dare they it's a disgrace.

Finn Harps vs Limerick must be the pick of the opening round. Going to be very tough for us going up there the first game of the season.

Good game for us to start with too, Shels at home. Should get a bit of a buzz going for that with Mathews coming back again etc. I'd imagine Shels will bring a crowd down too.

Will be an interesting game alright. Neither team will know much about each other at the moment so Longford could get a result there.

Yeah if the final fixtures were out a few weeks ago the friendlies would have been more closely monitored but as it is the teams probably won't have seen each other much. Dont think we have any more games lined up before we play them now actually.

These fixtures are out now right? Can't find the full list but Mons have the first week off, and Longford have the last off

Final Day Of The Season looks potentially tasty:

Limerick v Waterford
Shels v Cork

Turns out you'll be practically leaving the country on the first weekend aswell!

Japan, for 3 years at least. Hopefully only that, but I'll be going wherever the jobs are.

Happy with that, an early return for Chrissy Breen to Finn Park too. Good game to open with.

I wish Limerick well. It's a pity the first game worth going to from my point of view won't be until the middle of May. I had been looking forward to the back to back Limerick home games against Waterford and Shelbourne in April.

Far better fixture list now for Harps compared to the original list, at least we have a couple of home games now If I ever get a chance to get to them on Friday nights. I will certainly make the game on good Friday ye ha.
