Yep you're spot on Dodge, funding for CPOs has been cut by the FAI.

While we are talking about non-playing staff members, what happened to Philip Nolan? He was Mr. Pats, jump ship / let go / better offer ?

Yeah read an article over the weekend that the FAI have cut the funding for this though they have given the clubs advise/tips on how to bring in income. How nice of them! Hard job all the same regardless of funding and anyone who has had a go at it fair play to them.
