With City proudly sponsored by Nissan I've no doubt that everyone when out and bought one of their fine cars.
I'm sure also that many of you will now only take a lift in a Nissan, be it a taxi or a private car.
What do you do now then if you're also a Munster fan?
Look here... (http://www.kes.ie/munster/munster.htm)

Could someone move this to "off topic" now.

If I put in a plug/spam for your site can it stay :D

It's relevant to Cork City FC so I don't see why it should be moved.

Would any City fans get a green car with white stripes though?
You'd be like those Kilkenny hurling fans :D

It's totally irrelevent.

Go away and have a good cry for yourself.
The world is in turmoil, there's a thread in the Cork City section about cars

The Forum title is "Cork City."
I can therefore assume that it's for posting threads relating to club matters.
Not specifically football.
Sponsorship is very much a club issue.

Shouldn't you be ripping off stories from the Echo and other websites to stick on your own or something???

I'm trying to remain calm ......

Normally I don't go in for the whole shíte stirring thing on the City section but I have to admit I'm breaking my arse laughing.

What a beautiful day to be out in your City coloured mini convertable.
Anyone up here for the Ireland game is in for a treat with the weather.
Think it's supposed to be miserable in Waterford tomorrow night.
It will be for the United fans anyway :D

Are they like critics.... ;)

No, they're more like Edward Scissorhands in a judgmental mood :D

If we keep this up it's going to get moved to "Off Topic."

So, green and white car anyone?

I agree that is topic is not related to Cork City and should be moved and it doesn't interest City fans coming on this section. It ruins the board.

Totally. Why should we even bother with this site, even the entire internet anymore. It's just been taken over by talk of green and white minis.
In fact, whybother living anymore. My life is ruined. I blame Henry Ford. If he hadn't invented cars, sure none of this would have happened. I'd still be siting here chortling quietly to myself at my fellow Foot.ie members sharp and incisive wit.

Damn those cars! ;)

The first cork team in the league were actually called Fordsons.

If you played for the club you got a job in the factory. When Fordsons pulled the plug on them they simply renamed themselves as Cork. They went out of business and withdrew from the league in 1938.

Yawn. So if I start a thread in this section about the front page of today's Echo or the headline news on RedFM, is that OK because they are club sponsors??

Yawn. So if I start a thread

If you start a thread I'd just ignore it.
Certainly wouldn't waste my time replying to say it was boring.
Did you ever hear that only boring people get bored?
