Sorry for asking on a LOI site but any suggestion on reputable website for getting tickets for Arsenal v Wigan in 2 weeks time? I will be in London and have never been to a Premiership game and would love to go to Emirates Stadium. The lad i am going to London with is an Arsenal fanatic .
I, of course, will be supporting Wigan for the day.

You know the rule; more than three consecutive passes and it's fancy-pants foreign football.

If you look in the for sale section of this site there is a lad selling some Arsenal tickets there, he might be able to help you out.
But bear in mind, should you go it will be a line in the sand. The other LOI fans will never accept you again once you watch foreign football. Watching any non-domestic team, from América de Cali to Baia Zugdidi, will result in total excommunication from all LOI events. You can never again set foot in Terryland Park.

I think you can register with Wigan and get tickets through the club. You would of course be in the away section, and expected to be a Wigan fan so that might not suit your friend. The club don't usually sell out at home games or their away allocation so it's easy enough to get tickets. I wouldn't go and sit in the away supporters section myself, but I know people who have done it. I assume Wigan earn money when you buy through them, so it's not a huge crime.

That's not quite true. It really is just the big Premiership clubs and Celtic that count. Going to watch any other side - and I've been at games from Atalanta and Espanyol to Sant Julia and B36 Torshavn's reserves - is "cultural". Mind you, I've also been to Anfield, and was thumped by all at the next UCD game. Fortunately, it was a League Cup game, so it was just three punches.
On the actual question, I don't know. Google is your best bet - there may be charters going over with tickets, or the Arsenal website's ticket section may help. I don't think getting Premiership tickets is quite as hard as it used to be.
