Dont think Shams could afford the buy out of his contract Poster as it would have to be huge money but it is great he has signed up. If he had not signed I think we would have seen a good few players going, he is the best manager the League has seen for years and a smashing guy on top of that, have met him a few times and he is a gentleman.

That's what I said. He has signed now, so Shams won't be sniffing about again if O'Neill goes. If he hadn't signed and O'Neill went, Shams could offer him another contract, like before they got O'Neill, and we wouldn't be due any compensation.
