FAI Kickstart 1

Might be in the wrong forum here, but not sure where this should be...

Thinking of taking part in an FAI kickstart 1 coaching course this weekend in the locality. Just wondering if any folks on here have done their coaching badges and if so if any of ye know what's involved in this, the first of the courses...?

I did it a few years ago and its very basic as its just an introduction to coaching. Some time in the classroom then out to a pitch to practice a few of the drills.

My 16 yr old did it a few weeks ago too and its good to give u a few basic games and drills that you can change and build skill levels up but is only an intro. Ks2 us where you really get to learn about coaching. Do it though and get experience volunteering with young kids.
