One of the bondholders in INBS saw his own bank go to the wall today/overnight. One Mr. Abramovich was a stakeholder in the same bank and it was known for giving poorly secured loans to Kremlin elite, like Abramovich. Which led me to think about the Chelsea owner. He simply owns debts. He's like the lowest level of debt collector who buys someone's debt at a discount, then goes after the defaulter. Now the amount owned by MPB was somewhere in the region of 50-100million (I don't know if that's in dollars or euros), while Abramovich owns 1/7 of the bank. I wonder why our government and media quaked when one person started shouting. And who else owns out debts?

A lot owned by vulture funds I would imagine.

That's the term I was trying to remember! They're like perverted venture capitalists, who just buy up debts and wait for the market to pick up, government bail outs or going hard core? Am I near ish?
