Poor performance from us, think we were still steamed from last weekend. But got the result needed, great goal from McCabe by the way, Bray on Tuesday will be a much tougher task but if we want Europe, we should be beating them.

the people who think there is a conspiracy amoung officials against limerick since the barcelona match can safely count me amoung them at this stage. THREE goals DISALLOWED, one blatant and one good penalty shout turned down, just another day at the office for the post Barcelona Blues. Take a bow mr paul tuite. You failed where others have succeeded, such as graham Kelly and Brenden "Burgers" Kelly amoung others. Who you gonna throw our way this week John and fran?

To get into the play offs limerick will have to do the impossible and win all remaining games and hope for a bit of luck too, but it will be interesting to see the officials for the remaining games involving limerick. Graham Kelly seems to be the FAI man of choice to see to it that limerick do not get into the play offs so id be seeing him or even more bizzarly Anthony Buttimer doing the home games against Wexford this Thursday and Shels in a few weeks time. Monaghan are a good side so id settle for a draw but as long as limerick remain in with a whisker of the play offs expect some "funny" ref appointments.

Poor performance, you could tell Mc Cabe was the only lad out there that didnt go on a bender after the LC win.
We had numerous chances to wrap the game up but just missed that clinical touch infront of goal as always since podge left.
Special mention to Mc Cabe though, MOM performance, was outstanding and ran his socks off and well deserved the goal.
Another special mention to Gibson, our on loan keeper, he is just so bad, so so bad, nearly cost us the game.

as one of the games where one of these suspect appointments will be made is against you i think its pretty obvious how my reply can be seen as tainted. But make no mistake CSFShels, there has been a noticable bias in "grubber" games after the Barcelona debacle. its simply beinig ramped up a notch now as we come to the shakedown end of the season. Fair play for keeping in touch since our last meeting btw

Why wouldn't he?

Ive had people from teams we were playing against be shocked at some decisions against us happening an awful lot lately.

Hopefully our other Sub Keeper Kelly will have fully recovered from the celebrations for your visit.
He has his critics too but still miles ahead of Gibson, every time the ball goes near the lad my heart is in me mouth.
