The Claret&BlueClub are pleased to announce the Last Drog Standing 2010/2011 competition.
€1000 prize
Do you have what it takes to be the last Drog Standing!!!!!
Do you want to take home the €1000 prize?
The competition will kick off on the Saturday 16thOctober2010.All entries must be received by Friday 15thOctober2010 at 11.59pm. [Please email lastdrogstanding@gmail.com with your name and choice or alternatively please text 0879197715 with your name and choice from the first round of fixtures below]. Entry costs 10 Euro. Entrants may pay their entry fee by PayPal [details can be found on the Drogheda United website]. Alternatively you can contact me on 0879197715 to pass on the entry fee. You can now enter your selection each gameweek through the Drogheda United website!
RULES & REGULATIONS
* Each week you must pick 1 team to win.
* It costs 10 euro to enter.
* You may only pick each team once in a round (for example, if you pick Arsenal in week one then you cannot pick them again).
* If your team wins you move on to the next round, if your team loses or draws you are knocked out.
* There are 20 rounds in each series.
* The winner is the 'last man standing' or anyone left after round 20.
* In the event of nobody surviving a given weekend, the prize fund will rollover. The entry fee will again be charged for the rollover competition [new entrants may join].
* A selections list will be issued prior to any fixtures, and all selections must be notified via e-mail [lastdrogstanding@gmail.com] by 11.59pm or alternatively by texting 0879197715 with your name and choice each Friday.
* If a game is postponed AFTER the choices are in, anyone who has picked a team involved will move on but cannot choose that team again.
* If an entrant fails to nominate a selection, that person will be allocated the first alphabetically available home team that they have yet to choose, e.g. Arsenal, then Aston Villa, etc…
Please Note: The Administrators decision is final.
