Drogheda United ‘keeper Gary Rogers won’t want to remember this game in a hurry as his 25th minute blunder allowed Dessie Baker to score one of the easiest goal of his career and end the Louthmen’s excellent run.

The FAI Cup winners were in truth full value for the win as they created the better chances and had Rodgers not redeemed himself with some fantastic saves, the Midlanders would have won by a more impressive score.
