30 days to Zilina, should be time for the commencement of the Slovakia ticket thread. Hopefully, the small allocation won't be an issue.

Been told we 're getting 1200-1300 possibly though it could be as low as 650, but purely down to the whims of the Slovak FA.
My Slovak pal said their tickets went on sale today, but only to those registered previously?
If anyone's really stuck PM me or post on here, but due to the amount of aggravation involved buying them, you may have to pay the Slovak connection over the face value.
But that's down to them, certainly not me. But trust my own Slovak connection implicitly.

Mainly because they're still waiting to hear from the Slovak FA?
Or they want to see how their sales go. though their tickets are cheaper than those of the local club in the Chumps Lge.
As in €20 & 40 cf. €50

10% of the capacity is mandatory, so we will get 1200. It's a small allocation but that should pretty much cater for our demand. Ticket prices last time were 25-30, so hopefully they'll stay in that range.

I am still waiting on my application form from the FAI at present but as it looks like we are getting 10% of the capacity which is mandatory then this should be enough to satisfy our needs. However if this changes then i would be very interested in tickets from your Slovak connection. Cheers.

Copy of the mail sent by the FAI.
E19 for the ticket is not bad at all. Could be tight also sorting everyone out for tickets.
We can now confirm that tickets for the Irish Section for this fixture will cost €17 per ticket (incl. €2.00 handling charge)
To apply for tickets for this fixture please respond to this e-mail stating the number of tickets you require before close of business Monday September 20th 2010.
Due to the demand for this fixture and the size of the allocation we have received it may not be possible to fulfil all applications.
DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT WITH THIS ORDER.
Successful applicants will be notified of the number and cost of ticket/s allocated in due course.
Please note the following points:
1. Please order only the exact number of tickets required as cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Completing an application form is not a guarantee of tickets.
3. Tickets are subject to availability. Should your application be successful we reserve the right to offer you a lesser number of tickets than requested.
4. Travel Information must be provided by all successful applicants for away fixtures. Failure to provide this information will result in tickets not being released. You will be provided with the necessary forms should your application be successful.
5. Due to the costs involved with away match ticketing the FAI have placed a €2.00 handling charge (see above) on all tickets. This charge will cover postage, credit card clearance and administration costs.
6. Tickets are not to be sold on to a third party and/or unofficial hospitality agents. We reserve the right to cancel your future ticket allocation if this condition is broken.

My bad. I am yet to receive a mail from them myself, based on the press release on the FAI website the mails that have been sent is it as they have today requested a greater allocation of seats for this fixture due to the high demand from the Irish supporters.

Anyone get any joy through the FAI? They have sorted applications out offering most people 2 tickets
I applied for 9, knew there was no hope of getting all of us sorted but thought at least the 5 of us who are blockbookers would be ok:(
Don't even want to contemplate all of us going over ticketless. Fingers crossed tickets start trickling down.

I know it's a bit late but I just found out we are only getting 2 tickets rather than the 4 we were previously promised.
I have been quoted €90 a ticket for the last 2 but before I pay that I was wondering if there would be 2 available on here?

The last day for payment was last Friday so not sure if they were waiting for that to pass to send them out. The ones I am getting were paid for on Wednesday but nothing in the post yet.
