I'm livid bout this. probably going to be one of our best players, loved by the Shed, and Murphy keeps his release a nice quiet little inconveneice while he was in China.

MURPHY OUT!!

His unprofessionialism when dealing with players like Greg o'Halloran, Steve o'Flynn, Tynan, etc. is another sign that he has been at this club too long and still favours the old brigade.

The news about Tynan was sickening yesterday. Its awful to think that a young local talented prospect like Tony is funted out of City and has to go to $hels. It will be unbearable to see him play against City in thier jersey.
What makes it all the worse is that he was never given a chance this season especially when we were crying out for someone with a bit of flair on the right wing.

Of course the 'old brigade' would include the likes of Carey, O'Rourke, Horgan, Bennet, O'Grady, O'Brien etc....

Tynan was released after he came back, because he expected to be an automatic choice, and he told murphy exactly that. Then Murphy told him where to go. The whole thing stinks of unprofessional personality clashes. I can't believe it to be honest. This could turn out to be a giant mistake.

No, the old brigade would be Decky daly, John Caulfield, Pat Morley, Ollie (though hes playin all right at the mo)... You know, the few who 'allegedly' orchestrated the downfall of Derek Mountfield...

Ollie is playing brilliantly at the moment whatever your opinion of the guy and skippy has been doing very well this season. He mightn't have scored any, but he's dragging defenders all over the place to make room for the younger fellows. He's really using his experience. Johnny C has frankly looked embarassingly bad any time he's played, he's past it now and Deccie is slowing down- still has something to offer though.
