Have you seen the speculation in the tabloids that Roys Keane is gone at the end of the season from Manchester United. Mr Fergason is having the major shake up at the club and Mr Keane is to go :O

If it is true, then either Mr Keane has made a MAJOR scarifice for our country to play or he was going anyway and so he decided that he wants to salvage something??

I belive that Mr Fergason is most angry with him and I think the story is true. Have you Remembeed when Mr Beckham was going to Real ? there was no talk offically of him going but when the oppurtunities orrose Mr Fergason "off loaded him"

I think the relations between Mr Keane and Mr Fergason have went beyond repair

Manchester United have dismissed suggestions that Roy Keane and Rio Ferdinand will leave Old Trafford this summer as absolute nonsense.

There has been speculation that the two players could be set to move on, with various reports linking Keane with a move to boyhood heroes Celtic, while Ferdinand is a supposed transfer target for Chelsea.

Keane's previously close relationship with Alex Ferguson has recently come under question following the veteran midfielder's return to the Irish international scene, although the United boss has said publicly that he is '100%' behind the move.

However, both players are still under contract at United, and Keane's representative Michael Kennedy this week suggested his client would see out the remaining two years of his deal. Ferdinand is not eligible to play anyway until September 20 after being handed an eight-month ban for failing to take a random drugs test at United's Carrington training ground earlier this season.

And United, who normally refuse to comment on any transfer rumours surrounding their players, have on this occasion moved quickly to reject the story.

"The club has read today's newspaper reports and it is absolute nonsense," said a statement on their official website, www.manutd.com. "Manchester United continues to concentrate on finishing the league and preparing and looking forward to the FA Cup final."
