Have only ever bussed it / train to Landsdowne in the past but have to drive down tonight - what is the best option for parking?

Try and find a space along shelbourne rd or back towards ringsend/bath avenue, it won't be easy though.
Around Baggot street/ Mespil Road, on street. It'll depend on how early you are (and you may have to pay until 6.30 or 7). Or park up for the dart/ train somewhere.

probobly best to park away from the ground (avoid post match congestion). Down towards pearse street if going northside/city centre or Mespil Road/ baggot Street area if leaving Dublin. Ballsbridge area always busy and you will be lucky to find a spot. Some of the hotels (Four Seasons etc) have parking but VERY expensive.
dependng where you are coming from parking up and DARTing in may be an option.
Park it infront of the LOI XI goal.

shelbourne road was closed so I went under the dart bridge straight on and all the car park spaces on either side were 24 hr parking which was a bummer! in the end I ended up in a supporters carpark which worked out at a fiver and I was right on top of Fairview!!
