Anyone hear anything about Brush having to go in for an op on the hand he broke last season? A rumour doing the rounds on the other forum.:confused:

Looks like the Danny fans were right. Out for the season and will have an op. new keeper signed from Dundee. Why, I don't know, when we could play Danny in goals.

Great to see someone on this forum avvenalaf even if it is not great news or am I playing into the hands of the deserters. In fairness the posts are getting very few and far between, I am too far from Sligo to be able to contribute on the gossip and what is going on behind the scenes. I think we need to re invent ourselves or we are in danger of disapppearing up you know where. Any comments guys

whats happened to kelly,didnt he play in last seasons cup final and the remainder of the season when brush was injured, he"s a good keeper?????????

Kelly is a good keeper I think too. But you still need to have to have 2 keepers at the club for the rest of the season. As it happens the second keeper being brought in is better (we're told) than Kelly, so he gets the nod to start. Simples.

He looked decent enough on Saturday didn't do anything wrong but wasn't really tested to be honest
