Thoughts?

if they can get the aviva they should play it there, too much money at stake

hopefully common sense will prevail and the stadium will be made available

Thoughts? No ,Tallaght for me,plenty of room for every rovers fan and tv money will more than be enough revenue, leave the aviva for the barstoolers and leprechauns.

They want the first game in the new stadium to be rugby though don't they? The first leg will be before that planned rugby match, but the second leg would be after. They'd have to get the home and away fixture reversed wouldn't they?

It would be a poor decision to hold it in the Aviva for multifold reasons - the attendance would have to be capped around the 20,000 mark, if we could even get that number in. The atmosphere would be dreadful compared to a packed Tallaght stadium.

The Israeli Manager was a man under pressure. The fact that they knew who they were playing next put them under more pressure, worked in Rovers favour. The defence was superb especially Sives and Mannus.

What dates are the Juve games and in what order?

The first game in a new stadium is always a dry run to ensure safety and infrastructure. I pulled the 20,000 figure out of my arse - it would probably be 25-30,000 but still half-empty.

somewhere near your computer there should be a wall, find that then unplug any plugs there. Hey presto, Internet destroyed for everyone, promise!

The game should be played in tallaght!

yes there was talk of that but the rugby match looks like it will be full capacity - they've already sold 40,000 tickets

Surely that only applies to friendly games.

No way could the F.A.I. object to that.

BTW I reckon it would be a full house and filled with mostly passionate LOI fans and not barstoolers if Rovers released the tickets to LOI clubs to sell and then to the general publc.

only problem is the timing - just one week to market it

i agree it coud fill the aviva though.

That was a fantastic result for the Shams in all honesty.
Much as it turns my stomach to say it.
