That's a typo anyway :p Wexford v Limerick.

But yeah huge games. Hoping Shels can do us all a favour with a draw against Derry. Same with Finn and Cork for us obviously ;)

Good game in Tolka tonight(easy to say when you win).

Shels very busy, very committed, Gorman looks in decent shape up front. Cassidy and McGill very effective in the middle of the park, probably the best midfield we have faced as they are right up there with Limerick.

Took us plenty of time to work our way back into the game but Harkin had an absolute cracking game, his backheel as part of the move for the second was sublime...........

UCD raising themselves up by their bootstraps, getting back on the right road.
Killer Kilduff's first League hat-trick for UCD.
Greg Bolger came on, scored and got shown the red card. There is some discussion and to whether it was mistaken identity.

All happening again at the Carlisle Grounds on Monday, looking forward to it.

Farren goal 1-1 at Tolka after continuous pressure.

Not really continuous pressure...more than the powder puff first half definitely.

Shels had enough chances to put the game to bed at 1-0, but didn't take them. Farren's strike came out of the blue on a long ball, but it was a great set up and finish and he was the difference. How bad might his injury be? At 1-1, it looked a draw all day long, but Derry snatched it at the end.

Entertaining game with Farren and Derry's 9 and 10 looking dangerous but Shels looking likely to score at the other end with a very dodgy nordie defence. Two centre-halves were getting beaten fairly easily.

Who was the number 6 for Shels? A heck of a lot of Derry fans than I expected

That was Colin O'Brien younger brother of Mark.....Nicknamed "NIpper". He played very well until his final ball.

Thought it mostly all Shels but they never took their chances.

Do Derry still bring a rake of fans to games? They were the 'best followed' team in LoI before last year anyway. Loudest and best fans in the league.

We gifted the two goals to Bohs last night. We actually played some decent stuff in the first half but nobody tracked Keegan's run into the box and then Brush made a monumental f#ck up to give them the second. Outside of that there was little between the teams. Hardly an unexpected result though.
You only have to look at the subs they brought on: Cronin, Killian Brennan and Jason Byrne for Keegan, Quigley and Madden.
We had O'Grady and Ventre (two holding midfielders, although I'm not sure if Ventre is actually even a footballer) to bring in when we were chasing the game.
No contest. Our squad just isn't strong enough to challenge for a top three place. Really hit home last night. We ran out of steam and Bohs were comfortable in the last few minutes.
