Does anyone use these lads? Having a few problems with them and their account verification system.

Ya, I also get paid through them. Waiting over a week for the letter to come, only supposed to take 3 or 4 days.

to be honest, i was going to cash out a large cheque through them and did a bit of research first and decided to let it sit for a while longer as they had some questionable reviews. I eventually took the plunge and though its a complicated process and took a while longer to get to me, id say you shouldnt have anything to fear if you followed their instructions carefully. Did you call or email support?

I use them. Can be a bit long-winded getting through the verification processes but once you've done so, it's grand. Haven't had any issues lodging or depositing funds to them.

Did you recieve the letter or did you have to send off bills and ID?
