No league games were postponed last year (or the year before) for euro games. I'd assume it'd be the same this year

Hard to know from the article if they just decided to play a game less or if they got an offer from Rovers and though it would be of more benefit. Either way it's strange to only announce a friendly and then cancel it the next day, maybe Shels just jumped the gun a little.

Everton coming to knock airport on flight from germany the morning of the match- we have been promised a very strong everton team.
